Volunteer Lead (Freelance, Casual)

We are looking for a friendly, organized and reliable volunteer leader to help us administer, schedule, and recruit volunteers for both Enchanta shows and will be expected to join us for all four show nights this season. This role is perfect for someone who is warm, organized, confident with managing people , and comfortable creating magical interactions for volunteers.

This role is ideal for people who are calm under pressure, comfortable speaking with volunteers and guests, and are able to keep things moving with kindness and clarity.

September 25 and 26, 2026

Enchanta Village
October 2 and 3, 2026
The Village at Black Creek, Toronto, ON

Build & Tech Crew (Freelance, Casual)

We are looking for reliable build crew members to help bring Enchanta to life behind the scenes. This role will support event setup, installation, teardown, loading, moving materials, and general site build tasks.

This role is best suited for people who are hands-on, physically capable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to follow direction in a fast-moving event environment.

Build dates:

Enchanta Forest
Setup: September 22, 23, and 24, 2026
Show dates: September 25 and 26, 2026
Teardown: September 27, 2026
